If you are married and think that your spouse can take care of you, ask
yourself these questions:

Is your spouse able to physically pick you up to help you bathe, dress, turn over in bed
or walk?

Emotional stress can be debilitating – can your spouse handle this?

Can you handle the stress of your spouse or children having to take care of you?
